  • Trial automation using OCR for cancer classification, in collaboration with CSIRO.

  • Appointed to implement our Travel Claim System at premier Australian insurer Budget Direct (Auto & General).
  • Implements automated document review in our Travel Claim System, significantly boosting STP.
  • Becomes ISO 270001:2013 certified.
2023
  • Implements significant automation in the iCare Home Warranty Insurance eligibility assessment process, reducing assessment times from weeks to hours.
2024
  • Integrates significant LLM (GPT Capability) into Travel Claim System, improving STP and fraud detection.
  • Implemented our Travel Claims System at Southern Cross Travel Insurance (SCTI). SCTI is a major travel insurer in Australia and New Zealand, and is a very well-known brand in the global travel insurance industry.
2025
  • "100% AI" rolled out for Travel Claims. All claims full assessed by Lodestone’s advanced LLM models. Full integration to the system application and database layers, and seamless interface to STP for complete claim processing.
