We now have in production a fully automated claims solution, covering the whole submit-to-pay claim life cycle. How cool for travel insurance clients to receive instant notification on submission, that their claim is assessed and processed for payment! As far as we are aware, no other mainstream travel insurers in ANZ are doing this.
