Further to our tender win to build a prototype housing asset management solution for NSW FACS in 2016, we are pleased to be awarded a contract extension to build the full production solution.
The Salesforce solution will manage all aspects of housing portfolio management, including property information, tenancies, ownership transfers, contract management. The system will have a portal for access by housing providers, integration with property management providers, and automated KPI and performance calculation.
