For our client Hollard Insurance, we have extended and enhanced our AppSure claims module so as to meet the specific requirements of travel insurance. This has included handling travel benefits such as overseas medical claims, lost luggage, trip cancellations and delays, and other ad hoc benefits. In addition we have implemented an exchange rate calculator and travel claim validations and analysis.
The white-labelled system now interfaces to multiple travel insurer systems in Australia, as well as to First Assistance, a NZ-based emergency medical response provider.
