NSW FACS Salesforce Complaints Solution at NSW Facs
We developed and deployed a Salesforce based complaints solution at a division on NSW Family and Community Services. The system includes automated rules for escalating cases and automated SLA management. The go live went smoothly and user feedback was excellent.
